1. Main causes of falling accident of lifting platform
There are many reasons for the falling of the lifting platform, which can be summarized as follows:
(1) The brake torque of the driving device is insufficient and the safety factor is too small;
(2) Single drive and double (multiple) drive;
(3) Poor reliability of anti-falling safety device;
(4) Violate the deduction rules, not follow the provisions of the product instructions, overload operation;
(5) The back of the drive pinion and rack meshing is not equipped with the supporting wheel, or the eccentric shaft of the supporting wheel has no locking piece;
(6) No balance weight is set;
