Safety precautions to be taken when operating a guide rail elevator
1. When the guide rail elevator is working, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to enter the fence and climb up and down the elevator frame.
2. When abnormal situations are found during the operation of the guide rail elevator, it should be immediately stopped and effective measures should be taken (pointer to problem solution) to lower the lifting cage to the bottom layer, and the fault can be eliminated before continuing operation.
3. When the guide rail elevator is in heavy rain, fog, strong winds of level six or above, and the slide rail frame and cable are frozen, it must stop running and lower the suspension cage to the bottom layer, cut off (cut open; cut off) the power supply.
4. During the first operation of each guide rail elevator shift, the cage should be lifted 1-2 meters above the ground for both no-load and full load test runs. The braking effect of the motor should be inspected and confirmed to be normal before it can be put into use. When poor braking effect is found, it should be adjusted or repaired before operation.
5. During the first load operation of each shift, the guide rail elevator must rise from the bottom layer and is strictly prohibited from top to bottom.
6. When carrying people and objects inside the cage, the load should be evenly distributed and not excessively heavy. Overloading is strictly prohibited. The single column guide rail elevator equipped with gantry cross frame accessories is very suitable for maintenance work in cinemas, auditoriums, churches, etc.
When using guide rail elevators for multi-layer construction and cross operation, clear communication signals should be provided, and the communication signals should be accurate and effective.
