What to do if the hydraulic lift does not lift

The reason why the hydraulic lift does not lift:

1. The pressure adjustment of the overflow valve does not meet the requirements. Adjust the pressure to the required value.

2. Leakage in the cylinder Check or replace the cylinder assembly.

3. The reversing valve is clamped or internally leaked. Check or replace the valve assembly.

4. The oil level is too low and the oil inlet filter is blocked. Add enough oil and clean the oil filter.

5. The oil supply pump is faulty. Check or replace the pump.

The hydraulic elevator mainly realizes the function of lifting through the pressure transmission of hydraulic oil.

Its scissor mechanical structure enables the lift to have a higher stability, a large working platform and a higher load-bearing capacity, so that the high-altitude operation range is larger, and it is suitable for multiple people to work at the same time. It makes high-altitude operations more efficient and safer.

The hydraulic lift is a kind of liftable machinery and equipment composed of a walking mechanism, a hydraulic mechanism, an electric control mechanism, and a support mechanism.

The working principle of the hydraulic elevator is that the hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump to a certain pressure, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve, and balance valve to make the piston of the hydraulic cylinder Move upwards to lift heavy objects.

The oil return from the upper end of the cylinder is returned to the tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, and its rated pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is observed through the pressure gauge.

The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward (that is, the weight drops).

The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the return oil at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve.

In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and the brakes are safe and reliable, a balance valve is installed on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed.

In order to make the brake safe and reliable, and prevent accidents, a hydraulically controlled one-way valve, that is, hydraulic lock, is added to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locked when the hydraulic pipeline bursts accidentally. An overload sound-activated alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.

The electrical control system controls the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof buttons SB1—SB6, the reversal of the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve to keep the load rising or falling, and the time delay is adjusted through the "LOGO" program to avoid the frequent start of the motor. Service life.
