Check the appearance of genie parts and preventive maintenance
1.Check
Check the appearance of genie parts. The top of the genie parts and the terminal connection should be kept clean, free of dust, corrosion and dry.
Check genie parts cables and connections, replace damaged cables, and tighten any loose connections.
2.Add water
The frequency of water addition depends on the purpose and operating temperature of the genie parts. Please check the genie parts every half month to determine the frequency of water addition you apply. Generally, the longer the genie parts are used, the higher the frequency of water addition.
Please fully charge the genie parts before adding water. If the plates are exposed, please add water only to the genie parts that have been discharged or partially charged. In this case, only add water that has not passed the plates, then charge the genie parts, and continue to add water to the following steps.
a. Remove the injection plug and put it down to prevent dust from entering the underside of the injection plug, and check the electrolyte level.
b. If the electrolyte height is much higher than the polar plate, it means no need to add water.
c. If the electrolyte liquid level has not passed the plate, please add distilled water or ionized water,
d. After adding water, please reinstall the injection plug on the genie parts.
