1. There should be a personal guardianship. 2. Use tools with insulated handles, stand on dry insulation (such as wooden ladders, wooden tables, stools, etc.) when working, wear gloves (such as dry cloth gloves), and wear insulated shoes (such as rubber shoes, Plastic sole shoes). If you are working on the road, you should also wear a hard hat. Must wear long sleeves to work. It is strictly forbidden to use tools such as files, steel tapes, brushes with metal objects, threading screwdrivers and ordinary wire cutters.
3. When overhauling on the low-voltage belt line erected by high and low voltage on the same pole or on the transformer platform, check the distance from the high-voltage charged body by wire, and take measures to prevent accidental contact with the high-voltage charged body. When insulation measures are not taken for low-voltage live conductors, maintenance personnel shall not pass through. When acting on distribution devices such as live low-voltage distribution cabinets, isolation measures to prevent phase-to-phase short circuits and single-phase grounding shall be taken.
4. Before climbing the pole, transformer stand or equipment, the phase line, neutral line and ground line should be distinguished, and the working position should be selected. When disconnecting the conductor, the phase wire should be disconnected first, and then the neutral or ground wire should be disconnected; when overlapping the conductor, the sequence is reversed. During the operation, the human body must not touch two threads at the same time.
5. The secondary windings of the voltage transformer and current transformer should be reliably grounded when overhauling the live watt-hour meter and relay circuit in the power distribution cabinet. When disconnecting the current loop, short-circuit the dedicated terminal on the secondary side of the current transformer.
6. Standing ladders and stools should be firmly installed, and someone underneath must be supported to prevent the maintenance personnel from sliding down.
7. When repairing the wiring pile heads where the phase line and the neutral line (two phase lines of different phases) are very close, such as the power switch, the terminal of the power distribution cabinet, the relay, the transfer switch, etc., should be carried out very carefully Power outages should be carried out for maintenance), eyes must not be close, otherwise it is easy to cause a short circuit accident and burn your eyes.
8. The live lift boom parts should pay attention to moisture and waterproof on the ground; outdoor live lift boom parts should be avoided on rainy days. On thunderstorm days, live lift boom parts should be stopped.
After the live lift boom lift parts are completed, they should be checked carefully. The inspection content is the same as the power failure inspection.
