The advantages of scissor hydraulic lifting platform:
1. Due to the scissor bracket under the platform, the hydraulic scissor lift runs very smoothly when it is loaded.
2. The support load is simple and the stress is low, which prolongs its service life.
3. Now the installation is more convenient, as long as the ground is flat and the pit concrete is firm, it can be fixed in the pit during installation.
4. Due to the large platform, it can be used without installing guide rails around it, which saves a lot of space.
5. Because it is a scissors bracket mechanism, it is safe to use and is not prone to safety accidents.
Disadvantages of scissor hydraulic lifting platform:
1. Due to its high height, a deep foundation pit needs to be dug on site.
The advantages of straight top guide rail type hydraulic lifting platform:
1. The self-height is relatively low, and there is no need to dig a deep foundation pit.
Disadvantages of straight top guide rail type hydraulic lifting platform:
1. Since there is no supporting mechanism under the platform, accidents are prone to occur, once the wire rope is broken. The platform will fall down immediately, and it is easy to cause a safety accident.
2. The on-site installation is complicated, and the surrounding rails must be installed, occupying a large floor space.
3. Since the platform is relatively large and the oil cylinder is not under the platform, the synchronization effect of the two hydraulic cylinders on both sides is required to be better. If the load is eccentric, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of running jam, which will lead to the tilting and jamming of the lifting platform.
4. Due to the straight top guide rail type, the oil cylinder is relatively long, which is inconvenient to maintain.
5. Because the platform is relatively large, if it is slightly inclined, it will cause a large friction between the pulley and the guide rail, thus reducing its service life.
6. The straight top guide rail type is a new type of product, and the technology is not as mature as the scissor type.
