Daily maintenance of scissor lift
1. Purpose:
In order to keep the scissor lift in good working condition, prevent and reduce failures, and prolong its service life.
2. Scope of application:
Suitable for scissor lifts in our factory.
3. Definition:
This system regulates the company's scissor lifts for meticulous maintenance and adheres to the principles of "prevention first" and "combination of maintenance and overhaul".
4. Powers and responsibilities:
The person responsible for the maintenance of the scissor lift, the equipment maintenance engineer, and the management personnel of each department.
5. Content:
Scissor lift is a kind of vertical lifting, a wide range of indoor and outdoor special equipment for high-altitude operations. It can be widely used in equipment maintenance, halls, workshops indoor and outdoor mechanical installation, equipment maintenance, building maintenance, etc. When the elevator is used normally, it is necessary to check, maintain and maintain it frequently. Only in this way can the service life of the hydraulic elevator be prolonged, and it can also exert greater work efficiency when working.
5.1 Daily maintenance
(Per class):
5.2 Lift work
After 1500 hours, make minor repairs to the mechanical and electrical systems.
5.3 Lift work
After 5000 hours, the mechanical and electrical system will be repaired.
5.4 Lift work
After 10,000 hours, overhaul the mechanical and electrical systems.
5.5 The brakes of each mechanism of the elevator should be checked frequently and the gap between the brake shoe and brake wheel should be adjusted to ensure flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface, and the dirt must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.
5.6 All parts of the lubrication and hydraulic oil shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements in the lubrication table.
5.7 Pay attention to check whether there are broken wires and loose strands in the wire ropes. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately.
5.8 Check the connection of each part frequently, and tighten it if there is any looseness. The body connecting bolts should be checked for tightness when the body is under pressure. All connecting pins must have cotter pins and fully open.
5.9 Frequently check whether each organization is operating normally and whether there is noise. If any malfunction is found, it must be eliminated in time.
5.10 Always check all wires and cables for damage. Bandage and replace damaged parts in time.
5.11 When the motor is overheated, stop in time, and continue to run after troubleshooting. The motor bearing should be well lubricated.
5.12 The contact surface of each part of the brush should be kept clean, and the pressure of the brush should be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
5.13 All control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. are always kept clean, and dust on electrical equipment is cleaned up in time.
5.14 The contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable.
5.15 All moving parts of the hydraulic elevator are filled with some lubricating oil to prolong the service life of the bearings.
5.16 The oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil, the lifting platform is raised all the way, in this position, the hydraulic bottom surface should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the box, if the hydraulic oil is found to be dark, sticky or have grit and other foreign objects, it should be replaced in time .
5.17 Check all hydraulic oil pipes and joints of the lift. Oil pipes must not be damaged, joints must not be loosened, and all joints must be tightened.
5.18 Check the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transparent plastic vent pipe for oil. If there is too much oil, the seal of the oil cylinder may fail or the oil in the oil tank may be too full.
5.19 Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow the plunger clean with compressed air, then install it, and reinstall it.
5.20 Drain and discard the hydraulic oil. Unscrew the joint, take out the suction filter, clean it with kerosene, clean it with compressed air, then put it back into the oil tank, and connect the pipeline.
5.21 When the lift is in use, the outriggers should first be opened to an angle of 135 degrees, and the work surface should be adjusted to remain level by rotating the screw.
5.22 Press and hold the lift button to start the lift, and release the button when it reaches the working height. Personnel working at heights indoors and outdoors must wear safety belts
5.23 Personnel are strictly prohibited to climb during the lifting process of the lift.
5.24 The mobile lift shall not move after it is raised, and the four outriggers shall not be lifted without being tightly supported.
5.25 Overloading is strictly prohibited during use, and the carried items should be placed properly.
5.26 All hydraulic oil should be kept clean, not mixed with water and other impurities, and generally replaced every six months.
5.27 When maintenance or failure occurs, the power supply should be cut off in time, and the lift should be fixed firmly after lifting.
