If the hydraulic lift is used, will it not be lifted?
Yang Jinan, Mechanical Vibration Analysis and Editor, answers:
1. First, check that the hydraulic lifting oil tank is not completely closed. If the hydraulic oil does not have the maximum height, it will cause insufficient power drop, and the hydraulic lift will not increase or cannot reach the maximum height.
2. Check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is benign. The hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year. If the hydraulic oil is used for a long time, the pressure will drop and the lift height will not reach a higher standard.
3 If there is a problem, please check the hydraulic lifting system. Both the diesel engine and the electric starting system must meet the lifting requirements. Failure to meet the hydraulic lifting conditions will lead to equipment damage.
4. Check whether the motor is normal. If the motor coil is damaged, "misoperation" will occur, that is, the motor operates, but the expected effect cannot be achieved.
