The relays used in the lifting platform equipment are the problems that should be paid attention to when the electronic control devices are connected to the relays.


The relay generally has an induction mechanism that reflects a certain output variable, and an actuator that can realize "on" and "off" control of the controlled circuit. The unloader is in the input part and output part of the relay, and the input quantity is coupled and isolated. , functional processing and an intermediate mechanism for driving the output part, a relay is a device that can generate a predetermined jump in one or more electrical output circuits when the current input meets certain specified conditions, and it is in the control circuit. In terms of function, it is equivalent to a "switch", but it is not operated by a person, but an automatic motion control element.


① Correctly connect the power supply. There are two types of AC power: 380v and 220v boarding bridges. Do not connect them wrongly.


②If the relay is directly welded on the printed board of the lifting platform, it is necessary to ensure that the lead wire of the relay can be inserted smoothly, so as to prevent the relay root from being affected by tension due to the over-tightening.


③To prevent the temperature from being too high during soldering, because the soldering temperature is too high, the relay coil and the terminal of the lifting platform may be de-soldered, which will affect the performance of the reed contacts, and may also cause the components to crack. The harmful substances infringe on the root of the relay.
