As a practical operator, in addition to understanding the professional knowledge of the lift operation process and emergency solutions, it should also have the main method of line inspection. Line failures are generally The main manifestation is that the connector is loose, the power switch and the touch point are not in good contact, disconnected or the components are damaged. This kind of fault can be checked with a multimeter.
Surface inspection:
1. Check whether the elevator line cable is aging, exposed or damaged.
2. After connecting to the power supply, check whether the indicator light of the home appliance box of the elevator is working, and clear the short-circuit fault between the power supplies. At this time, it will cause a large short-circuit capacity and damage the melt of the circuit breaker. This kind of thing is more obvious. When thinking about the circuit It can be detected and cleared during analysis.
3. Carry out the full load and load test of the electric lift to check whether the automobile relay can be easily opened and closed. When the contact point is glued, the power switch is not released continuously and such a short-circuit fault occurs, it is not easy to cause a large amount of current. , the circuit breaker is not easily destroyed.
Professional inspection:
1. Immediately disconnect the power supply: If there is a line failure on the electric lifting platform, there is no need to panic. You must first disconnect the input power supply and give feedback to the relevant departments and manufacturers as soon as possible.
2. Accurately measure the working voltage: When a professional is asked to use the working voltage gear to test the lift, the power supply must be connected, and then the working voltage should be accurately measured according to the circuit design diagram, and the fault point should be determined according to the measured working voltage value. Carry out clarification and analysis.
3. Resistor measurement: When checking with the resistor gear, the power supply must be cut off, and then accurate measurement is carried out according to the circuit design diagram, and the fault point is analyzed according to the size of the accurately measured resistance value.
5. Check the short-circuit fault method: based on the operating circuit schematic diagram of the electric lifting platform, short-circuit the fault contact points, power switches, etc. that will occur. After short-circuiting, if the fault is cleared, it indicates that the fault is here.
