The hydraulic lifting platform is powered by the hydraulic pump station. The hydraulic pump station is located far away from the water area and provides power for the hydraulic cylinder through the oil supply pipeline. When the lift table needs to be used, the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic pump station will be started in advance. During the use of the lifting table, the hydraulic pump will continue to operate even if the lifting table does not act. In order to return to the initial state in case of equipment failure, the hydraulic pump station is usually equipped with a hand pump or a small power electric driven hydraulic pump.
1.2 Hydraulic medium
Because the hydraulic system inevitably has leakage problems, in order to reduce the pollution of water quality or the impact on actors' bodies, the hydraulic medium cannot use conventional hydraulic oil, but degradable hydraulic oil or pure water. Compared with the conventional oil hydraulic system, the hydraulic system using degradable hydraulic oil has no obvious difference except the medium. At present, most of the underwater lifting platforms at home and abroad adopt this form, while the hydraulic systems using pure water hydraulics are quite different. It is mainly because the viscosity of water is very low, resulting in low system pressure, poor sealing and lubrication performance; In addition, there are also cavitation, scale and other phenomena. Components of the pure water hydraulic system also need to be made of stainless steel. Water hydraulic drive technology is still a technology that is being studied and developed in the world. The equipment mainly depends on imports, with large investment and high operating costs. Later spare parts also depend on foreign countries, so they are rarely used.
1.3 Cross bridging
The use of cross bridging can make the lift table only need a shallow pit to provide a larger stroke. For single-stage or two-stage cross bridging, the cross bridging mechanism is also used as a guide. However, with the increase of the number of bridging levels, the shaking of the platform will increase in varying degrees. When the requirements for shaking of the platform are high, additional guidance is required to support the stability of the lifting platform. The cross bridging is made of steel structure, and the external surface is painted. The quality of paint is required to meet the requirements of underwater rust prevention. Lubrication measures shall be taken for the hinge parts of the cross bridging, and effective sealing shall be made at the outer side, so as to prolong the time when the lubricating oil is diluted by water.
1.4 Hydraulic cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder is made of stainless steel, with a position sensor inside. Due to the need for multi cylinder synchronization, the manufacturing accuracy of hydraulic cylinders is required to be high.
