The working principle of the hydraulic lift is a scissor hydraulic lift
Working principle: The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward (that is, the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil return from the lower end of the cylinder returns to the tank through the balance valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and brake safely and reliably, a balance valve is installed on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed.
In order to make the brake safe and reliable, and prevent accidents, a hydraulic control check valve, namely hydraulic lock, is added to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locked when the hydraulic pipeline bursts accidentally. An overload sound-activated alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.
Advantages and disadvantages: The scissor lift has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, low noise, fast frequency response, high transmission power, and easy operation. The hydraulic station composed of electric motors, hydraulic pumps, oil tanks, etc., is noisy when in use, but it can be installed away from the main engine, and separate sound insulation and noise reduction treatments. Due to a variety of hydraulic control valves and complicated oil circuit systems, it is difficult to install and clean the pipelines, the quality of the hydraulic oil medium is high, and the oil circuit system is prone to oil leakage (due to the use of low-quality hydraulic components plus Lack of maintenance, oil pollution everywhere near the common hydraulic station) and high manufacturing costs have restricted the scope of application of hydraulic scissor lifts in theaters.
