Operator responsibilities
1. Operators of aerial work platforms must be certified to work, and it is strictly forbidden to work after drinking.
2. The operator of the aerial work platform lift truck must be in good health, free from diseases and bad emotions that hinder the operation.
3. The operator of the aerial work platform must be familiar with the performance and structure of the aerial work platform of the lift truck.
4. Pay attention to the surrounding environment before operation: no flammable or explosive materials are allowed within 5 meters; there should be a certain safe distance between the operation area and the wire.
5. It is strictly forbidden to use operating buckets, vertical supports to pull cables and other items that have nothing to do with elevators.
6. It is strictly forbidden to lift the load in the operation bucket, and there must be no more than 2 people in the operation bucket.
2. Driver's responsibilities
1. Drive the aerial work platform safely, obey the traffic rules, and do not drive under the influence of alcohol.
2. The driver must be healthy, free from diseases and bad emotions that hinder driving.
3. The driver pays attention to the traffic signs of the road section and the surrounding environment of the operating point, and does not risk driving on the load-limited bridges and road sections with unknown road conditions.
4. Before the driver operates, check whether the components, devices, safety warning signs and other facilities of the lifting aerial work platform are complete and effective.
5. Responsible for placing the support feet after the vehicle is in place: all the support feet are required to be opened, and the support is reliable and in place.
Three, safe operation requirements
1. Make a comprehensive inspection of the aerial work platform before starting, including: grounding wire, cable wire, grounding is required to not be loose, the cable is intact, there is no leakage of machinery, and the safety devices and electrical instruments are sensitive and effective.
2. Visual inspection of the aerial work platform, the standard section link bolts shall not be loose or missing.
3. There is no abnormal sound or oil leakage in mechanical operation.
4. There are no obstacles within the range of the safety machine's stroke, and the lifting limit must be safe and reliable.
5. The safety brake must be within the validity period. If it expires, it must be replaced in time.
6. Operators must wear safety helmets, absolute gloves, absolute rubber shoes and safety belts before going into the bucket as required.
7. It is strictly forbidden to make trouble or throw any objects downwards during the operation.
Four, controller operating requirements
1. The controller handle should be at the zero position before operation. After turning on the power, check whether the voltage is normal, whether the parts are leaking, and the electrical instruments work.
2. The empty car lifts up and down test run, test each limit device and the transmission condition of the transmission device. Confirm that there is no error and no abnormalities before proceeding
3. During the re-use of the aerial work platform, the operating state shall not be changed arbitrarily.
4. During the operation of the aerial work platform, the operator shall not leave the operating post, observe whether the elevator is abnormal, and find abnormal response.
5. Check and deal with the aerial work platform, and it is strictly forbidden to operate if the fault has not been eliminated.
6. Report to the person in charge and safety officer in time if there is an abnormality in the aerial work platform.
7. After the operation of the aerial work platform stops, lower the operating bucket to the bottom, all switch boards to the zero position, cut off the power supply, turn off the switch and leave the operating bucket.
Five, operating bucket requirements
1. The occupants of the safety bucket of the aerial work platform must obey the instructions of the operator.
2. Persons suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, dizziness, fear of heights, etc. are prohibited from riding in the operating bucket.
3. Riding the operating bucket must follow the principle of getting down first and getting in and out without being crowded.
4. When the aerial work platform fails during operation, you must not panic, and you must not jump out of the operating bucket under unknown circumstances, and cooperate with the operator to troubleshoot and make the elevator out of danger.
Six, street lamp replacement, installation and operation requirements
1. Operators must wear security equipment as required, and must put on gloves and rubber shoes in place.
2. Live operation is strictly prohibited. The power cord of the street lamp must be cut off before replacing the street lamp to prevent electric accidents.
3. The upper operating bucket must wear seat belts as required and fasten the seat belts as required for high-altitude operations.
