The oil return from the upper end of the cylinder is returned to the fuel tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the additional pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is investigated by the pressure gauge. The piston of the liquid cylinder moves downward (that is, the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the return oil at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and brake safely and securely, a balance valve is installed on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the heavy objects. The throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed. In order to make the brake safe and reliable, and prevent accidents, a hydraulically controlled one-way valve, that is, hydraulic lock, is added to ensure that it can be safely self-locked when the hydraulic pipeline bursts accidentally. An overload sound-controlled alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.
Maintenance must be carried out on a regular basis-weekly, monthly, and yearly. The crank arm lift is sold. This is a necessary way to ensure its function: 1. Check the oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil. The lifting platform is raised all the way. In this position, the hydraulic floor should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the box. If you find that the hydraulic oil becomes dark, sticky, or has foreign objects such as grit, it should be replaced in time. Year-end maintenance and inspection of all hydraulic pipes and joints of the lifting platform. The hydraulic oil should be changed once after 1000 hours of use, or if the oil is found to be deteriorated in the middle, it should be replaced immediately. 2. Engine and battery. The maintenance of power components must also be carried out in accordance with the same intervals and methods as the car. 3. Oil pipes, pipes and filters. The pipeline must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened. Drain and discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the joint and take out the oil filter. After cleaning, clean it with compressed air, then put it back into the oil tank and connect the pipeline. 4. Whether the rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings of the aerial work platform, cylinder pins and bearings, boom hinge shafts and bearings are worn out. All parts are filled with some lubricating oil to extend the service life of the parts of the lifting platform.
